On December 10th, Qin Daofu Noodle House finally opened its doors. It's located opposite the main gate of Teachers' New Village, or you can see it by walking from the south gate of Chaohui Garden towards the main gate of Teachers' New Village!
The newly opened store is bright and clean. I saw with my own eyes that the shredded tofu was freshly stir-fried.
It turns out there's a store right in front of the Women and Children's Hospital. Finally, I can have a meal right at my doorstep!

In addition to various pickles, the side dishes also include shredded potatoes, shredded kelp and bean curd sheets. Unlike other places, these stir-fried dishes are not overly salty to make you eat less. I was so hungry while waiting that I ate four plates of shredded potatoes directly!
The noodles are chewy and the soup base is rich. The braised beef noodles I ordered were so spicy and delicious! The garlic flavor is very strong. If you don't eat garlic, tell the boss in advance.
